The items will be mailed 1-3 business days after ordering. Our goal is to post the goods within 24 hours.

We ship goods primarily to Europe, but can send to some other countries. Is your country not on our shippinglist when you try to purchase? Please contact us and we will see if we can ship to your country.

Shipping under NOK 1500 costs NOK 69 in Norway (except Svalbard and Jan Mayen). We cover shipping costs on orders over NOK 1500 in Norway. Shipping to Europe costs NOK 130 and outside of Europe costs NOK 175. The goods are sent by Posten / Bring and the parcels are sent primarily with tracking. Parcels sent abroad may however sometime not be able to trace when crossing the norwegian boarder.

The package should initially be delivered to your door, but if there is no space in the mailbox, it must be picked up at the post office.

You can alternatively choose to pick up the goods yourself, then you do not have to pay for shipping. You will receive an email from us after purchasing the goods, where we agree on a time for collection. If you choose to pick up the goods yourself, you accept that the goods can be delivered in a bag instead of in a mailbox.

If you do not pick up your package at the post office and it is sent back to us, you can receive an invoice of up to NOK 250. The amount will cover expenses we have had in connection with sending your order and the return postage that Norway Post invoices us to send the package back to us.


You have a 30-day right of withdrawal on the item. Right of withdrawal presupposes that the item is unused and unopened. The items must be free of damage, odor, animal hair and stains.

You are responsible for the return to us and must pay the return cost. If you want to exchange an item, you must return the item and then place a new order for the desired item. When exchanging an item, we will send the new item free of charge to you. Contact us to have the new item shipped free of charge. However, you must cover the cost of returning the item you did not want anyway.


If you have received an item that is defective, let us know immediately. You may be asked to return the defective product. Miljøbleier will cover the return cost. Items will usually be replaced with new or refunded.

Leaks, wear and tear and damage to your washing machine are unfortunately not considered defects. Note that some materials may lose some of the original velvety feel in the wash after a while. This is completely normal and not a defect. It is also quite normal for fabrics to shrink in washing.


Miljø is not liable for damages that occur in violation of our guidelines for the use of diapers with accessories.

If you are not granted your application for a grant to your municipality, we are also not liable for the amount you thought you would be covered by the municipality. Our list of municipalities that provide grants is intended as help. We reserve the right to make errors in the list.

In the event of a dispute, the dispute shall be resolved in accordance with Norwegian laws and regulations.


The prices stated in the online store are in NOK.

If the item is to be sent abroad, the total price is without Norwegian VAT. The customer must cover any taxes (VAT, customs duties and the like) if the recipient country so requires.

For purchases from abroad and the Complaints Portal EU Commission Online Platform (ODR) can be used in case of conflict between the parties. The complaints portal ODR can be used for complaints about goods and services purchased online from EEA and EU countries. However, first contact us if you have a complaint / defects.
